Q. What about when I win my claim, will I pay anything then?
Yes. If our Solicitor tells you that you have a case and you do proceed, and your case is a success, then you will receive 100% of your award.

Q. What if I don’t proceed?
If our Solicitor tells you that you have a case and you decide not to proceed, we will look at each case individually, and as long as you have co-operated fully, you will not have to pay us anything.
