If, after discussion with you, we believe that you have a potential claim we will ask you to pay a fixed fee for us to carry out the initial work on your claim.

We recognise that claims can be costly and therefore if you are not in a position to pay privately after the initial fixed fee we may be able to assist you in one of the following ways.

We can establish if you have cover under certain insurance policies (typically household insurance). We can assist in liaising with your Insurer to discover if you have the benefit of legal expenses which will cover the legal costs associated with your claim provided the claim continues to enjoy reasonable prospects.

Alternatively, if your claim has sufficient merits we may be able to take your case on a no win, no fee basis.
