Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes we offer free first advice. This is your opportunity to speak to a specialist solicitor who will listen to your situation and offer expert legal advice on your best course of action (if any). As the name suggests our first advice is completely free and there is absolutely no obligation to take things any further.
How much will it cost?
Every case is different but we operate a strict ‘no hidden costs’ policy. This means that there will be absolutely no uncertainty about your legal fees. We always keep our clients informed of legal fees in a clear and understandable way.
I’m thinking about instructing a solicitor over a legal issue but I don’t know were to start.

Do you only take on clients who live in the St Helens area?
No. Although we are based in St Helens due to our reputation coupled with our experienced team of dedicated, specialist solicitors we are able to offer our legal services right across the North West and in some cases even nationwide. If you live outside of the area and would like to find out more if we can be of service please contact us.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Thursday from 9am – 5.30pm and Fridays from 9am – 5pm with no lunchtime closure.
If I use Keith Park Solicitors will I have a point of contact throughout my case?
Yes, unlike many of our competitors you will be given the name of your solicitor and direct access to them whenever they are needed. This can offer significant peace of mind if you have an urgent question or a pressing issue; being able to pick up the phone or send an email to your solicitor to receive a same day response isn’t something you get from every firm.
