Do I have a claim?

It's easy to check if you have a claim and there's no obligation. All you need to do is complete the form opposite and click 'Submit'

Advice is often required immediately and we can respond instantly to your queries. At the outset of our relationship, we will establish working arrangements that meet your needs. If you do have a claim, one our specialist employment lawyers will deal with your case for you. All you need to do is provide us with all the relevant information and your instructions.

Funding your case

We will initially ask you for a one of fee of £75.00 which will enable you to speak with one of our employment specialists, this will entitle you to speak over the telephone or call into the office and have an initial consultation for 30 mins. The £75.00 can be paid for over the telephone or in person at the office.

If, after discussion with you, we believe that you have a potential claim we will ask you to pay a fixed fee for us to carry out the initial work on your claim but the first £75.00 consultation fee will be refunded if we take the matter further.

We recognise that claims can be costly and therefore if you are not in a position to pay privately after the initial fixed fee we may be able to assist you in one of the following ways.

We can establish if you have cover under certain insurance policies (typically household insurance). We can assist in liaising with your Insurer to discover if you have the benefit of legal expenses which will cover the legal costs associated with your claim provided the claim continues to enjoy reasonable prospects.

Alternatively, if your claim has sufficient merits we may be able to take your case on a no win, no fee basis.
