The team is headed by Nicola Hesdon who has worked within Family Law for the last ten years. Nicola has extensive experience in dealing with and advising upon all aspects of matrimonial and family law including finances on divorce, divorce and children issues, domestic violence injunctions, co-habitation disputes and prenuptial agreements.

Nicola is also a member of Resolution, an organisation that promotes resolving disputes in a constructive way designed to preserve peoples dignity and to encourage agreements.

Nicola can also call on the expertise of Nick Hall, Partner he having joined the firm in 1992. A member of the Law Society Children Panel he acted exclusively to promote the rights of children. Nick has also dealt with many aspects of family law over the extensive period he has been practising. He has a real insight in dealing with business assets which are often involved in the arena of family breakdown.
