Our Wills & Probate Team is headed by Nick Hall, Managing Partner, who having joined the firm in 1992, having worked in the legal profession since 1978. Nick has dealt with many aspects of law over the extensive period he has been practicing.

Nick specialises in estate planning, wills and associated trusts for private individuals, often those with substantial assets. He regularly visits local companies, large and small giving seminars on the issues which affect mid life and retirement advising on tax and estate planning.

Nick is assisted by Susan Atkinson who has a wealth of experience in private client work.  Sue graduated from Lancashire Law School in 2001 and the College of Law at Chester in 2002. Since joining KPS in 2005 Susan has specialised in tax and estate planning as well as in administering estates. Susan  is a member of the Law Society Probate Section.
