Michael Smith has been a qualified Lawyer for 27 years having worked in private practice for 22 years, 5 years of which has been industry based.  Michael has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in Company and Commercial Law.

He is a practical Commercial Lawyer and is careful in providing legal advice that focuses on his client’s needs.  Normally a client has an objective or a direction that they would like to take.  Mike sees it has his role as a client’s lawyer to help the client achieve the objective for setting out realistic objectives and alternatives to make an educated decision.
