At My Employment Law we have a team of very experienced employment specialists with experience in both employment law and HR practices and procedures.

We specialise in helping employees through disciplinary and grievance procedures and all types of disputes with their employers. We can also provide representation at Employment Tribunals.

Our team is headed by Ann Dickinson who is a Barrister who has been specialising in Employment Law since 2000.

Ann has experience in dealing with claims for both employers and employees on all matters relating to employment from dismissal, discrimination and from a grievance or disciplinary to full representation in Tribunal.
