From day one you will be dealing directly with a firm of Solicitors who will be handling your claim from start to finish. You are not dealing with an intermediary who will sub-contract work out. Furthermore, we have a team of very experienced Solicitors, employment specialists and support staff to ensure that your claim is carried out as efficiently as possible without causing stress for you. In short: we are here to look after you.

For example, when you call us, you can speak directly with a Solicitor for advice about your claim, and when you e-mail us, your message will also go direct to a Solicitor or an experienced Specialist.

Although we have been around for a long time, we use the very latest technology systems to manage your claim as efficiently as possible and we ensure that we always keep you informed at each crucial stage of the process by e-mail, so you will always be updated. We will, of course, send documents for signature through the post, which means that you don’t have to call into our offices, taking up your valuable time. This also means that distance is no object for us to handle your Claim efficiently.
