The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Architects Registration Board (ARB) are responsible for dealing with complaints on architects performances and their perceived competence but although they DO have the ability to strip architects of their memberships they DO NOT get involved in gaining compensation for victims of negligence.
We are able to deal with cases of architects professional negligence in the following circumstances:-
* Poor advice by an architect
* Inadequate/insufficient plans or project preparation work
* Negligent building works
* Inappropriate contractual matters
